摘　　要：目的了解免疫风湿科住院患者健康教育需求。方法采用自制问卷对2012年9~12月50例住院患者进行调查。结果不同职业及病程的住院患者对健康教育的内容、实施时间及教育方式存在差异。结论为提高健康教育的总体效果,针对不同患者,健康教育内容的重点、时间选择和方式应有所区别。Objective To understand the health education needs of hospitalized patients in department of immune and rheumatism. Methods 50 cases of hospitalized patients were investigated with self-designed questionnaire from September to December 2012. Results There were significant differences in contents,administered time and style of health education between hospitalized patients with different occupation and disease duration in department of immune and rheumatism. Conclusion In order to improve the effects of health education,the key points,time selection and style of health education should be distinguished according to different patients.
