摘 要:SrTiO_3陶瓷是一种具有多功能特性的介质材料。用La_2O_3掺杂改性的SrTiO_3陶瓷,可以提高其介电常数和降低介质损耗,对其介电温度特性和介电频率特性也有明显的改善.本文主要报道 La_2O_3对SrTiO_3陶瓷介电性质的影响。This paper mainly studied the inf- luence of La_2O_3 on the dielectric properties of SrTiO_3 ceramics.The SrTiO_3 cetamics containing La_2O_3 prepared by conven- tional ceramic process.The SrTiO_3 ceramic matrix powders were prepared by prerea- cting stoichiometric mixtures of stron- tium carbonate and titanium dioxide. Then,the SrTiO_3 matrix and La_2O_3 were combined in following system:SrTiO_3+ x(La_2O_3 4TiO_2),where x is weight per- cent.The samples were fired at 1350℃ and 1360 ℃ for an hour.The La element in SrTiO_3 ceramics is as a impu- rity donor.The rare-earth elements can increase the dielectric constant,ε'of SrTiO_3 based ceramics and improve the temperature and frequency characteristics of ε'.It is possible that the studies of SrTiO_3 ceramics containing great rare- earth elements shall provide a clue for improving dielectric properties and deve- loping multiftmetional characteristics.
