摘 要:采用均相沉淀和燃烧合成相结合的方法合成核壳结构SiO2/CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+荧光粉。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和荧光光谱研究不同硅钼比对荧光粉的物相结构、形貌和发光强度的影响,结果表明:当硅钼比为20∶1时,CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+荧光粉微粒在球形SiO2表面结晶良好,所形成的核壳结构微球粒径均匀,在近紫外光(395nm)激发下,617nm附近有较强的红光发射峰。The spherical core-shell structured SiO2/CaMoO4: Eu^3+, Li^+ phosphors were prepared by a combined approach of homogeneous precipitation and combustion synthesis. The effects of different Si/ Mo radio on the crystal structure,morphology and luminescence properties of the SiO2/CaMoO4 :Eu^3+, Li^+ phosphors were systematically investigated by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and photoluminescence,respectively. The results show Si/Mo radio is 20 : 1 ,the CaMoO4 : Eu^3+ ,Li+ particles are well-crystallized on the SiO2 spheres,and the obtained microspheres with the uniform size distribution have a core-shell structure,the SiO2/CaMoO4-Eu^3+ ,Li^+ microspheres exhibited an intensive red emission of 617 nm under near ultraviolet (395 nm) excitation.
