摘 要:采用固相反应法制备MgNb2O6:Eu3+,Bi3+红色荧光粉,对其晶体结构和发光性质进行X-射线衍射(XRD)、电镜和荧光光谱(PL)表征,同时研究Bi3+对MgNb2O6:Eu3+发光性质的影响。结果表明:在1200°C焙烧后可得到MgNb2O6纯相;Mg1-x Nb2O6:Eu3+x荧光粉可以被395nm紫外光有效激发,以615nm处的发射峰为最强峰,对应于Eu3+的5D0→7F2电偶极跃迁。Bi3+的掺杂能增强MgNb2O6:Eu3+荧光粉在329nm左右激发峰的强度,使得MgNb2O6:Eu3+,Bi3+可被329nm的近紫外光有效激发,是一种在短波紫外(200~350nm)发光二极管(LED)上有潜在应用前景的红色荧光材料。Eu^3+ and Bi3^+-codoped MgNb206 red-emitting phosphor was prepared by solid-state reaction. The structure,morphology and photoluminescence properties of the phosphors were characterized by X- ray diffraction,scan electron microscopy and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The effect of the Bi^3+ on the photoluminescence of the MgNb206. Eu^3+ phosphor was also studied. X-ray diffraction results showed that the pure phase of MgNb206 could be available calcined at 1 200 ℃. Mg1-xNb206:Eu^2+ phos- phors could be effectively excited by the 395 nm UV irridiation and emit red light at 615 nm due to the forced electric dipole ^5D0→^7F2 transitions of Eu^3+,which indicated that Eu^3+ occupied the non-inversion the symmetry sites in the MgNbzO6 host lattice. The addition of the Bi^3+ increased the photoluminescence intensity of the excitation spectra at about 329 nm. Therefore,MgNb2O6.Eu^3+ ,Bi^3+ might find application to shortwave UV (200-350 nm) light emitting diodes.
