摘  要:利用天平和游标卡尺测量13个金银花不同种质鲜花蕾和干花蕾的千蕾质量、长、直径,采用HPLC法和SPSS差异分析法,测定比较分析金银花花蕾外部形态和指标成分的质量分数,干花蕾长为1.934~2.844 cm,直径为0.233~0.372 cm,千蕾质量为13.1~23.8 g,绿原酸质量分数为1.514%~2.704%,木犀草苷质量分数为0.114%~0.320%.结果表明,不同种质金银花形态差异显著,指标成分质量分数差异也显著,根据外部形态和指标成分质量分数的差异可以把金银花种质资源划分为3种类型,为金银花种质的划分、筛选优良种质和新品种选育提供参考.Scale and vernier caliper were using to measure the bud length ,bud diameter ,thousand of buds weight of 13 different fresh flowers and dried flowers of Lonicera japonica germplasms. And the method of HPLC and SPSS software were used to analyzed the morphology and contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolosid in the sample of different Lonicera japonica germplasms. The bud length was 1. 934-2. 844 cm,the bud diameter was 0. 233-0. 372 cm,the thousand of buds weight was 13. 1-23.8 g,the contents of chlorogenic acid was 1. 514-2. 704% ,the contents of luteolosid was 0. 114-0. 320% of 13 different dried flowers. Results showed different Lonicera japonica germplasms had significant differences in the morphologic indexes and the content of index components. On the basis of the differences of the morphology and index contents, the bud could be divided into three types, which provide support for the identification of the cultivars,the selecting and the breeding of the new variety of Lonicera japonica.
