穴位埋线联合通络清解方治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线联合通络清解方治疗Ⅲ型湿热瘀阻证慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将146例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用穴位埋线联合口服通络清解方治疗,对照组采用口服通络清解方治疗,疗程4周。治疗4周后,观察2组的临床疗效并于治疗前后进行NIH-CPSI评分及前列腺液常规检查评分比较。结果:治疗组和对照组痊愈率、总有效率分别为25.67%、12.5%和91.88%、72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在降低NIH-CPSI总分、NIH-CPSI疼痛不适评分、NIH-CPSI排尿评分、NIH-CPSI症状影响和生活质量评分及前列腺液镜检卵磷脂小体计数评分方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合通络清解方治疗湿热瘀阻证Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎具有较好的临床疗效,且有较好的安全性和较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of point embedding combined Tougluo Qingjie Decoction in treatment of type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 146 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table. Treatment group were treated with point embedding combined with oral administration of Tongluo Qingjie Decoction. The control group were treated with oral administration of Tongluo Qingjie Decoction. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. After treatment of 4 weeks, observed the clinical effect of the two groups, NIH-CPSI score and prostatic fluid routine examination score. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 25.67% , 12. 5% and 91.88% , 72. 22%. There was significant difference（P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the total score of NIH- CPSI, NIH-CPSI pain score, NIH-CPSI urination score and NIH-CPSI symptoms influence, quality of life score and lecithin corpuscle count score of Prostate fluid （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Point embedding combined Tongluo Qingjie Decoction have better clinical effect, security and high clinical application value in treatment of type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome.
