摘　　要：目的:动物实验与临床观察探讨椒黄颗粒洗剂的止痛药物和镇痛方法。方法:体外抑菌实验对金黄葡萄球菌中度或高度敏感,对豚鼠皮肤无刺激和过敏反应。结论:动物实验证明,椒黄洗剂有抗小鼠耳廓肿胀作用,能提高小鼠痛阈值,提高磷酸组胺对豚鼠致痒和局部抗溃疡及促愈等作用。The animal experiment proves, Jiao Huang lotion against mouse auricle swelling effect, can increase the pain threshold of mice, increase the histamine phosphate on guinea pig itch and local anti ulcer and promoting healing effect. In vitro bacteriostasis experiment on Staphylococcus aureus moderately or highly sensitive, no stimulation and allergic reaction on guinea pig skin. Treatment of anal diseases and postoperative analgesia, promoting healing efficacy. Animal experiment pepper yellow particles lotion and clinical observation.
