摘　　要：目的探讨将气囊尿管应用于有较大伤口的肠外瘘病人的肠内营养,以达到减少肠液及营养液外漏,同时又可有效进行肠内营养的效果。方法选用16-18号一次性双腔气囊尿管,气囊尿管前端涂石蜡油,从远端肠管瘘口处插入肠道,然后在气囊内注入生理盐水或空气,注毕,用胶布将气囊尿管固定在腹壁上,局部伤口覆盖。结果外漏的肠液营养液明显减少,病人营养状况好转,确定性手术如期进行。Objective To investigate the balloon urinary tube used in large wound parenteral fistula patient enteral nutrition, has been to reduce intestinal juice and nutrient solution leakage, and at the same time, but also to the effect of enteral nutrition. Methods Choose 16-18, one-time double cavity air duct, air duct front paraffins oil, from the distal intestinal canal fistula inserted into the intestine, and then in the balloon intra-articular injection of saline or air, note finish, tape will balloon urinary pipe fixed in the abdominal wall, local wound coverage. Results The leak of intestinal juice significantly reduced, patients nutrition status improved, deterministic operation take place as scheduled.
