摘  要:目的:以甘肃白条党参产籽量为观察指标,评价党参种植中人工剪藤打尖法对其产籽量的影响。方法:党参原药材地上茎叶生长旺盛期(7月初至8月初),对地上藤茎实施两期剪藤打尖。第一期于7月中旬剪除地上藤茎30 cm;第二期于8月初在第一期剪茎后茎叶生长的基础上再次剪除地上藤茎20 cm;并与原药材自然生长株作对照,于10月中旬至11月初统一收集蒴果与种子,以重量法计算其单位种植面积产籽量,比较实施两期剪藤打尖与自然生长株产籽量的变化。结果:第一期的产籽量高于自然生长株的21%,第二期的产籽量低于自然生长株的17%。结论:在甘肃白条党参种植过程中,人工剪藤打尖法的不同期次对党参产籽量有显著影响,第一期能提高单位种植面积的产籽量,第二期降低其单位种植面积的产籽量。Objective: To assess the effects of artificial cutting method on the seed yield of Gansu BaiTiao DangShen[Codonopsis Pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.]by taking the seed yield of Gansu BaiTiao DangShen as the index. Methods: When DangShen flourished (from the beginning of July to the beginning of August), the top of the climbing stem was cut twice. At the first time the top around 30 cm was removed;in the second time the top around 20 cm was removed on the foundation of the growth after the first cutting;the normal plant with natural growth was taken as the control one, the capsule and the seed were collected from the middle of October to the beginning of November, the seed yields in the unit area were calculated with gravimetric method, the changes of the seed yield between the plant with natural growth and cutting twice were compared. Results:The seed yields of the plants in the first period were 21%over that of the normal plant with natural growth, the seed yields of the plants in the second period were 17% below those of the normal plant with natural growth. Conclusion: Artificial cutting method in different periods could affect the seed yield of DangShen significantly, it could improve the seed output in the unit area at the first stage and decrease the seed output in the unit area at the second stage.
