不同采样期党参炔苷的含量动态变化分析

摘　　要：目的：分析不同采样期党参炔苷的含量。方法：炔苷含量采用高效液相色谱分析，TC-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm＆#215;250 mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（22∶78）为流动相,流速：1.0 mL/min。检测波长267 nm，柱温25℃。结果：党参炔苷在1.12～0.80μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9996，精密度RSD为1.28%（n=6），重复性RSD为1.9%，平均回收率为99.50%，RSD为1.90%（n=6），测定了不同采收期党参中党参炔苷的含量范围为0.87～3.00 mg/g。结论：分析了不同采样期党参炔苷的含量，为党参规范化栽培提供参考。Objective：To analyze the contents of lobetyolin in DangShen[Codonopsis pilosula（Franch.）Nannf.] at different sampling periods. Methods：The contents of lobetyolin were analyzed by HPLC, TC-C 18 chromatographic column （4.6 mm＆#215;250 mm, 5μm）, acetonitrile-water （22：78） were as the mobile phase, flow rate：1.0mL/min. Detec-tion wavelength was 267 nm, the temperature： 25℃. Results： Lobetyolin showed better linear relationship in the range between 1.12 to 0.80μg/mL, r=0.999 6, accuracy RSD was 1.28%（n=6）, repetition RSD was 1.9%, average recovery rate was 99.50%, RSD was 1.90% （n=9）, the contents of lobetyolin ranged from 0.87 to 3.00mg/g at different sampling periods.Conclusion：The contents of lobetyolin are analyzed in different sampling periods in order to provide reference for standardized cultivation of DangShen.
