摘　　要：基于非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)脂类代谢紊乱病因学说,对NONFH与主要载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、主要载脂蛋白B(ApoB)及其位点基因多态性的相关性进行综述,结合NONFH中医体质类型禀赋于先天,受制于后天的特性,探讨ApoA1、ApoB及其基因多态性与中医体质类型在NONFH发病机制中的相关性,以期为ApoA1、ApoB及其位点基因多态性与NONFH中医体质类型相关性的研究提供理论依据。The paper is discussing the connections of NONFH with ApoA1, ApoB and their gene polymorphism based on the theory of NONFH lipid metabolism disorders pathogenesis, exploring the relevance of ApoA1, ApoB and their gene polymorphism to TCM constitution types in the pathogenesis of NONFH according to innate endowment of NONFH TCM constitution type and postnatal limitations, in order to provide theoretical evidence for the study on the connections of NONFH TCM constitution types with ApoA1, ApoB and their gene polymorphism.
