摘　　要：论文重点介绍了我国水产养殖业绿色、可持续发展战略与任务。1.进一步发展水产养殖业的战略意义:深化渔业增长方式的转变,带动渔业新一轮的发展,减排CO_2、缓解水域富营养化,促进渔业绿色、低碳发展,生产更多更好的优质蛋白,满足需求,保障国家食物安全,促进生态系统水平的水产养殖发展,提升我国渔业科技进步;2.水产养殖业绿色、可持续发展战略:大力实施养护战略、拓展战略和高技术战略,创新推动新一轮水产养殖业的现代化发展;3.战略目标:"高效、优质、生态、健康、安全";4.水产养殖业绿色、可持续发展重点任务:加快建设现代水产种业体系,规划发展现代水产养殖生产模式,着力发展现代水产养殖装备与设施,强化现代水产疫病防控和产品质量安全监控,积极发展现代水产饲料与加工流通业,加快建设现代水产养殖业科技与支撑体系,拓展发展现代水产养殖生产体系等。The strategy and task for green and sustainable development of Chinese aquaculture are introduced in this paper. Firstly, the strategic significance of further developing aquaculture： deepen the transform of growth mode, drive forward a new round of fishery development, reduce CO2 emission and alleviate water eutrophication, boost green and low-carbon fishery development, produce more and better high-quality protein to meet demand and ensure national food security, promote the development of ecosystem-based aquaculture, and enhance fishery science and technology progress in China. Secondly, green and sustainable development strategy for aquaculture： vigorously implement the conservation, expansion and high technology strategy, and set impetus for a new round of modernization development of aquaculture by innovation. Thirdly, strategic goals： ＂efficiency, high-quality, ecologically viable, healthy development, and safety＂. Fourthly, key tasks for green and sustainable development of aquaculture： speed up the construction of modern aquaculture breeding system, make development plan for modern aquaculture production mode, put efforts in developing modem aquaculture equipment and facilities, strengthen modem aquaculture disease control and product quality and safety supervision, actively expand modem aquaculture feed processing and circulation, accelerate the construction of modern aquaculture technology and support system, and expand the modem aquaculture production systems.
