摘 要:目的明确北京市干部保健医务人员的职业压力及心理状态。方法入选北京市九家医院从事干部保健工作的医护人员487人,采用封闭式问卷调查的形式,对调查结果进行描述性统计分析。结果从事干部保健工作的医务人员以中青年为主,工作时间较长,大部分与保健对象能较好地沟通,并得到家人的支持。心理状态调查显示,半数以上自觉适应能力好,能够承担保健工作的压力,但自觉记忆力、精力、反应能力等好的比率均不足50%。大部分医务人员的自觉工作能力、人际关系、家庭关系较好,但工作负担较重,生活充实度不足。结论目前北京市从事干部保健工作的医务人员存在职业压力偏大的现象,医务人员自身、管理者、社会等多方共同正确认识并积极改善这种状态有助于更好地开展干部保健工作。Objective To survey the occupational stress and psychological condition in medical personnel working for cadres health care in Beijing. Methods A total of 487 medical staff members from 9 hospitals in Beijing were enrolled in this study, the results of this survey were conducted by descriptive statistical analysis through closed questionnaires. Results Young medical staff members were main subjects responsible for cadres health care, they can manage communication with cadres well and get complete support from family despite of long time working. Survey on psychological status demonstrates that more than a half of medical staff members have good adaptive ability with good conscious memory, atten- tion and reaction ability. Most medical staff members showed good working ability, interpersonal relationship and family relationship accompanied with heavy work load and insufficient living plenitude. Conclusion Currently, medical staff members working for cadres health care in Beijing present work pressure. Improvement of cadres health care and remission of occupational stress need joint effort by medical staff themselves, admin- istrators and society together.
