摘　　要：急性上呼吸道感染是妊娠期常见病,多数人对药物治疗持谨慎态度。需用药时,要找到一种对胎儿绝对无害的药物是不可能的。但畏惧用药风险而不进行治疗,也有可能危害母体或胎儿的健康。临床应充分权衡利弊关系,选择相对安全的药物。Acute upper respiratory tract infection is common diseases during pregnancy, most patients are cautious of drug therapy. When the patiens need to take drug, it is impossible to find a drug, which is absolutely harmless to fetus/Without treatment, because fearing the risk it may be harm to the mother or fetus＇s health. Weighing the pros and cons, it is important in clinical application to select the relative safety drug.
