摘 要:目的探讨肺炎支原体感染在川崎病(KD)发病机制中的作用。方法 2006—2010年,我院采用肺炎支原体快速培养法检测47例KD患儿肺炎支原体感染阳性率及随机抽取同期住院治疗、年龄相近的2000例婴幼儿呼吸道感染患儿肺炎支原体感染阳性率,分析两者之间是否存在统计学意义。结果 47例KD患儿中肺炎支原体培养阳性患儿12例,阳性率25.5%,随机抽取同期住院治疗、年龄相近的2000例婴幼儿呼吸道感染患儿中肺炎支原体培养阳性患儿212例,阳性率10.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体感染与KD的发生有密切关系,有可能是导致KD发病的诱因。Objective To investigate the role of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the pathogenesis of Mucocutane- ous lymph node syndrome (KD). Methods From 2006 to 2010, our hospital used mycoplasma pneumoniae rapid culture method to detect the positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in 47 cases of infants with KD. And 2000 cases of infants with respiratory tract infection, who were the same period of hospitalization and similar age, were randomly selected to get the positive rate of the mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Then the diffrence between the positive rate of the mycoplasma pneumoni- ae infection in infants with respiratory tract infection and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in KD patients was analysed. Results There were 12 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in 47 cases of infants with KD, and the positive rate was 25.5% ; There were 212 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in 2000 cases of infants with respiratory tract infection, and the positive rate was 10. 6%. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoni- ae infection, which is closely associated with Mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, may be a cause of KD.
