0.5%碘伏石蜡纱在烧伤创面处理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究0.5%碘伏石蜡纱在烧伤创面处理中的应用效果。方法选取2009年8月—2013年8月在我院进行处理的38例烧伤患者,将其随机分成两组,每组19例。对照组采用凡士林纱布结合1%聚维酮碘溶液纱布进行处理;观察组采用0.5%碘伏石蜡纱进行处理。对两组患者的处理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的总有效率(100.0%)高于对照组(89.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在烧伤创面处理中,采用0.5%碘伏石蜡纱进行,可提高处理的总有效率,减轻患者痛苦,可在临床中进行广泛使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 0. 5% iodophor paraffin gauze in the treatment of burn wound. Methods A total of 38 patients with burn wound, who were admitted to our hospital from August 2009 to August 2013, were selected as study subjects, then the patients were divided into two groups randomly, control group （19 cases）, treatment group （19 cases）. The control group were treated with vaseline gauze with 1% povidone iodine gauze, and the observation group were treated with 0. 5% iodophor paraffin gauze, to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total ef- ficiency of the observation group （ 100. 0% ） was higher than the control group （89. 5% ） , the difference was statistically signif- icant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion In the treatment of burn wound, 0. 5% iodophor paraffin gauze, which can improve the total efficiency and alleviate the suffering of patients, can be widely used in clinic.
