摘  要:介绍了一种利用两平面镜间的多次反射测量两个平面镜的相对微小偏转角度变化量,测量精度可达到亚角秒级。在理论分析的基础上研制了实验测量样机,搭建了一套偏转角度自动测量系统。实验验证了该测量方法的可行性。实验结果表明了该测量方法可靠性好,测量精度高,装置简单,当测量的反射次数达到4次以上时系统的测量精度将达到1.5",为地铁隧道沉降量监测提供了一种有效的动态测量微小偏转角度的方法。An optoelectronie method of high-accuracy relatively rotary variation micro angle measurement was introduced based on multiple-reflection between two plane mirrors, the measure preeision level reaches sub-second grade. An experimental prototype was developed after the theoretical analysis was proceeded, then an automatic inte- grated experiment system was constructed. The experimental results show that the optoeleetronic method is feasible and has the characteristics of good reliability, high precision and simple structure. When the measuring reflection times are above 4, the measure precision of the system will reach 1.5″, it provides a new effective method for subsecond accuracy level dynamic angle measurement for the settlement measure of the metro tunnel.
