摘　　要：根据制冰机的工作原理和结构特点,对结冰过程的相变导热进行有限差分数值模拟。计算结果与试验测试结果进行对比分析基本一致,说明建立的数学模型和计算方法是可行的。结合试验数据,讨论了不同水温工况对其结冰性能的影响趋势,对设计和使用具有重要参考意义。On the working principle and structure feature of ice-maker, the paper take finite difference simulation for the freezing＇s phase-change heat conduction. Compare the calculation results with the test results and analyse they are mainly consistent, which tells the mathematic model and calculation method is feasible. Based on the actual test data, the paper also discuss the different temperature conditions how to having an effect on ice-making perform- ance, which have important reference significance on designing and applying.
