摘　　要：阴极分解是节能灯生产中重要环节之一。传统阴极分解电流的控制由人工调节电位器完成,生产效率低且不稳定。该设计致力于解决这种问题,以Modbus协议及485总线技术为网络基础,触摸屏MT6070IH为主站,恒流源为从站,实现通过HMI进行电流大小设定和监控。Cathodic decomposition is one of the important parts of CFL production, and the traditional control of cathodic decomposition current is completed by manual adjustment potentiomete,which is inefficient and instability. This design is committed to solving this problem, based on modbus protocol and the 485 bus for the network, touch screen, MT6070IH, as the master, and the constant current source as the slave, to achieve configuration and monito- ring of the current by virtue of HMI
