摘 要:光学相干层析成像技术是一种高分辨率、非创伤性成像技术,它能够利用近红外光产生软骨组织的解析图像。实验的研究目的是验证光学相干层析成像技术对软骨组织解剖分层结构的成像能力。以猪膝关节软骨为样本,选择OCT检测的软骨区域运用解剖学方法获得组织切片,显微镜下观察。调查软骨OCT成像与组织学成像的相关性。结果显示OCT所测得的所有软骨的厚度值与切片显微镜结果一致,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。光学相干层析成像系统能够呈现软骨组织解剖分层,该技术在软骨检测和临床关节病变诊断方面具有应用前景。Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a noninvasive imaging technology with high resolution. OCT can produce depth-resolved images of articular cartilage utilizing near-infrared light. The objective of this study is to explore the ability of OCT imaging the articular cartilage laminar appearance. We chose cartilage of porcine knee articular as samples, the same region which examined by OCT was made into cartilage tissue section and was used for microscopy test. We have investigated the correlation of articular cartilage laminar appearance between OCT and microscope ima- ging. Results showed that the total cartilage thickness measured by OCT was similar to the histological values, and there were no significant statistical differences between the OCT results and histology ( P 〉 0. 05 ). OCT could image the artic- ular cartilage laminar appearance. OCT have a prospect on cartilage detection and clinical diagnosis of arthropathy.
