盆炎丸对解脲支原体的体外抑菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察盆炎丸对解脲支原体的体外抑制作用,为其应用于临床治疗解脲支原体感染提供实验依据。方法盆炎丸置蒸馏水中溶解,采用释法取其不同浓度上清液与38株解脲支原体临床分离株置37℃培养箱内,培养48 h后检测其低抑菌浓度(MIC),计算其90%抑菌范围(MIC90)和半数抑菌范围(MIC50)。结果盆炎丸对38株菌株均有抑制作用,其MIC90≤34.34 mg/mL,MIC50≤17.17 mg/mL。结论盆炎丸在体外对UU具有明显抑制作用,可作为临床治疗UU感染用药。[Objective ] To discuss the inhibitory effects of Pen Yan Pill on Ureaplasma Urealyticum（UU） and pro- vide the experimental information about clinical treatment of UU infection. [ Methods ] Dissolved Penyan pill in dis- tilled water, diluted, accessed the different concentrations of the supernatant with 38 Ureaplasma Urealyticum clini- cal isolated at 37℃ incubator, and cultured for 48 hours after the detection of the minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC）, and calculate its MIC90 and MICS0. [Results ] Penyan pill had significant inhibitory effects on 38 strains U- U, and the MIC90≤ 34.34 mg/mL,the MIC50 ≤ 17.17 mg/mL. [ Conclusions ] Penyan pill have significant inhibitory effects in vitro on UU, can be used as the clinical treatment of UU infection medication.
