可膨胀弹簧圈治疗颅内大中型动脉瘤临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨可膨胀水凝胶弹簧圈介入治疗颅内大中型动脉瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析67例颅内动脉瘤患者,接受可膨胀水凝胶弹簧圈栓塞36例,接受普通弹簧圈栓塞31例,并对术后随访2年。结果 67例脑动脉瘤患者,使用可膨胀弹簧圈栓塞治疗组36例,致密栓塞为29例,大部栓塞7例;使用普通弹簧圈栓塞治疗组共31例,致密栓塞16例,大部栓塞15例,两组间的致密栓塞率的差异具有显著性(P=0.014)。结论可膨胀水凝胶弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内大中型动脉瘤能够提高致密栓塞率,降低动脉瘤复发的可能。[ Objective ] To explore the effect of intervention therapy technique Hydrogel on the middle and large intracranial aneurysm. [ Methods ] Retrospective analysis of 67 cases of intracranial aneurysms patients treated by Hydrogel coil （n =36） and by ordinary coil （n =31）. All cases were followed up one year. [Results] Among in 67 cases of intracranial aneurysms patients, 36 cases treated by Hydrogel coil included total occlusion 29 cases and major occlusion 7 cases; 31 cases treated by ordinary coil included total occlusion 16 cases and major occlusion 15 cases. The effect of Hydrogel coil embolization had superiority to that of ordinary coil in treatment the middle and large intracranial aneurysm （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusions ] Hydrogel coil embolization maybe more useful in the cases of middle and large aneurysm and decrease the relapsing of aneurysm.
