宫颈癌和癌前病变中Aurora A表达及与HPV16感染的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈病变组织中Aurora A表达及与HPV-16 E6感染的关系。方法采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测204例宫颈组织中Aurora A及HPV-16 E6的表达。结果①HPV-16 E6的表达水平在CINⅡ、Ⅲ及宫颈鳞癌明显高于慢性宫颈炎和CINⅠ(P<0.05);②Aurora A的表达水平在CINⅡ、Ⅲ及宫颈鳞癌明显高于慢性宫颈炎和CINⅠ,但在宫颈鳞癌与CINⅡ、Ⅲ中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③Aurora A mRNA在HPV16阳性组的表达明显高于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论 HPV-16 E6表达与宫颈病变的进展相关;Aurora A的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展及与HPV-16感染密切相关。Aurora A有望成为宫颈癌早期诊断、治疗的生物学指标。【Objective】 To investigate the expression of Aurora A and the relationship with the infection of HPV16 in different cervical lesion. 【Methods】 The expression of Aurora A and HPV16 E6 were detected by RT-PCR in 204 patients. 【Results】 The expression of HPV16 E6 in CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and cervical cancer was significant higher than that in chronic cervicitis or the group of CIN Ⅰ（P 0.05）. The expression of Aurora A was higher in CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and cervical cancer than that in chronic cervicitis or the group of CINⅠ. there was no significant difference between the group of CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and the group of cervical cancer（P 0.05）. The expression of Aurora A was higher in HPV16 E6 positive than that in negative group（P 0.05）. 【Con- clusion】 The expression of HPV16 E6 relates with the cervical lesion progress. The expression of Aurora A relates with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and the infection of HPV16. Aurora A is ex- pected to be the biomarker of early diagnosis, treatment in cervical cancer.
