摘  要:目的探讨β1肾上腺素能受体(β1-AR)Ser49Gly基因多态性与静息心率的关系。方法听诊法检测受试者坐位静息心率,采用聚合酶链反应-限制酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术分析高血压人群和正常血压人群β1-AR Ser49Gly多态性。结果高血压受试者β1-AR Ser49Gly基因多态性与静息心率有显著相关性(P=0.005),Gly等位基因携带者静息心率高于Ser/Ser基因型个体(74.8±6.4次/min vs 77.6±5.8次/min);正常血压受试者β1-AR Ser49Gly基因多态性与静息心率有显著相关性(P=0.018),Gly基因携带者静息心率高于Ser/Ser基因型(72.1±6.4次/min vs 74.9±5.5次/min);男性中不同基因型对应的静息心率的差异较女性更明显(P=0.003 vs 0.022)。结论β1-AR Ser49Gly基因多态性与静息心率水平有显著相关性,Gly等位基因携带者静息心率高于Ser/Ser基因型个体,提示β1-AR Ser49Gly基因多态性可能是影响静息心率水平调节的遗传因素;男性静息心率受基因型影响较女性更明显,这可能从基因水平解释男性高血压患者心血管病死率受快心率影响较女性更明显的原因。LI Jun-ping;GUO Xiao-hua;YANG Zheng;CHEN Li-zhu;SUN Shu-yan;Department of Cardiology, the First Hospital Affiliated to Baotou Medical College; 【Objective】 This study was aimed to shed light on the association of β 1-adrenoceptor(β 1 AR) Ser49Gly polymorphism with resting heart rate(RHR). 【Method】 RHRs of hypertensives and normoten- sives in the seat were tested by auscultation. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymor- phism(PCR- RFLP) were used to determine the Ser49Gly polymorphism of β 1- AR. 【Results】 Ser49Gly polymorphism of β 1 β 1- AR was significantly associated RHR of hypertensives(74.8 ± 6.4 beats / min vs 74.9 ± 5.5 beats / min) and normotensives(72.1 ± 6.4 beats/min vs 74.9 ± 5.5 beats / min)(P =0.005, 0.018 respec- tively). The carrier of Gly allele has the higher RHRs than Ser/Ser subjects. The significant difference of RHR correlating with genotype in males was higher than females(P =0.003 vs 0.022). 【Conclusion】 β 1- AR Ser49Gly polymorphism was associated with RHR, the carriers with Gly alleles had higher RHRs than indi- viduals with Ser/Ser, which suggests that β 1- AR Ser49Gly polymorphism might be a genetic factor affecting RHR. Male's RHRs is more influenced by genotypes than females, which can explain the phenomenon that the cardiovascular disease mortality be more influenced by fast HR in hypertensive males than females.
