生活质量指数量表应用于艾滋病相关瘙痒性丘疹性皮疹患者的信度和效度评价

摘　　要：目的评估生活质量指数（DLQI）简体中文版在艾滋病相关瘙痒性丘疹性皮疹（HIV-PPE）中的信度和效度。方法在河南省4个地区随机抽取8个艾滋病高发村（HIV≥20人）,符合入选标准的163个HIVPPE患者整群纳入。采用统计学方法检验DLQI简体中文版在HIV-PPE中的信度和效度。结果 163例患者在1~2 min的时间内完成DLQI。按照使用方法和对应的临床意义,HIV-PPE分别对94、37、30、2例患者的生活造成中等、很大、小、极大的影响。信度分析显示,重测相关系数0.83,分半信度系数0.556和0.745,Cronbach＇sα系数0.673。效度分析显示,单个题目得分和总分之间有明显相关（r=0.208~0.529,P〈0.05）。量表KMO检验值0.684,Bartlett球形检验值254.69,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。经因子分析选出2个公因子,累计贡献率61.38%。结论 DIQL简体中文版用于HIV-PPE具有较好的信度和效度,能够被用来评价HIV-PPE的生活质量。【Objective】 To test the reliability and validity of dermatology life quality index DLQI） simpli- fied Chinese version for assessment quality of life（Qol） among pruritic papular eruption of HIV/AIDS（HIVPPE）. 【Methods】 To pick up 8 high HIV/AIDS villages（HIV/AIDS ≥20） by random sampling in 4 areas of Henan province, enroll all of 163 diagnosed HIV-PPE who met criteria. The reliability and validity of DLQI simplified Chinese version were tested by statistical method in HIV-PPE. 【Results】 The 163 patients finished the DLQI questionnaire in 1 and 2 minutes. According to the usages methods and its represent clinical signif- icance, the 94, 37, 30, 2 patients＇ life were respectively moderately effected, very large effected, small effect-ed and extremely large effected by HIV-PPE. Reliability analysis showed that the test-retest reliability coeffi- cient was 0.83, the split-half reliability coefficient of questionnaire were 0.556 and 0.745, and Cronbach＇s α reliability coefficient was 0.673. According to validity analysis, there was a significant correlation between the score of each question and the total scores（r =0.208 ~ 0.529, P 0.05）. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin（KMO） value was 0.684 and Bartlett test value was 254.69, there was statistical significance（P 0.01）. The 2 common factors were extracted from 10 questions by factor analysis, the cumulative of 2 common factors was 61.38%. 【Con- clusion】 DIQL simplified Chinese version was a reliable and valid scale for HIV-PPE. It could be used to e- valuate the QOL of HIV-PPE.
