严格限盐对维持性透析患者高血压改善的观察性研究

摘　　要：目的观察严格限制钠盐摄入对维持性透析患者高血压状况的改善效果。方法选取162例维持性血液透析和规律腹膜透析合并高血压患者,随机分为HD1组、HD2组和PD1组、PD2组。HD1和PD1组患者严格限制每日的钠盐摄入(每日摄入食盐量小于2 g),其余干预措施与HD2和PD2组相同。结果维持性透析患者通过严格限制每日钠盐的摄入量,高血压状况明显改善,减少了降压药物剂量。结论对于维持性透析患者,通过严格限制每日钠盐的摄入,患者收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压不同程度下降,也减少了患者应用降压药物的剂量。【Objective】 To observe the improvement effect of hypertension status in maintenance dialysis patients by strict limiting sodium intake. 【Methods】 Patients who were on regular HD and CAPD from our clinic were recruited, both of them have hypertension and having taken antihypertensive drugs. Patients were divided into（group HD1）,（HD2 group） and（group PD1）,（PD2 group） randomly. Either group of patients strictly limit daily sodium intake, control of liquid intake, proper exercise, quit smoking, light diet and main- tain good sleep, while another group of patients maintain previous daily sodium intake and life style. 【Re- sults】 Hypertension status and its complications were significant improvement in HD patients who were strict limiting sodium intake, while the type and dosage of antihypertensive drugs were significantly reduced. 【Con- clusion】 The hypertension status and quality of life could be effectively improved by strict limiting sodium intake daily in the maintenance dialysis patients,and the medical expenses reduced naturally.
