摘 要:目的了解转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并炎症组织中的表达及其与临床参数之间的联系。方法术中收集BPH患者前列腺标本60例,记录临床参数,HE染色观察BPH合并炎症的发生率及炎症程度,以此分组,免疫组织化学染色检测两组之间TGF-β1和CTGF的表达。Image-Pro Puls 6.0软件分析免疫组织化学图像中两因子表达的平均光密度值(MOD)。结果BPH合并镜下炎症43例,发生率为71.6%。炎症组TGF-β1与CTGF表达高于非炎症组(t=3.018,4.450,P<0.05),不同程度炎症之间TGF-β1以及CTGF的表达差异无统计学意义(F=0.178,0.035,P>0.05)。两种因子的表达与前列腺体积(r=0.475,0.612,P<0.001)及最大尿流率(r=-0.319,-0.381,P<0.05)相关。结论炎症促进良性前列腺增生组织中TGF-β1与CTGF表达。TGF-β1和CTGF的表达可能与前列腺体积及最大尿流率相关。【Objectives】 To detect the expression of transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β 1) and connec- tive tissue growth factor(CTGF) in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) combined with inflammation, and to study the relationship between the expression of TGF-β 1 and CTGF and the clinical parameters of BPH. 【Methods】60 prostate specimens of BPH patients were collected during the operation and data of patient's clinical parameters were recorded. All of 60 patients were divided into two groups according to suffering from inflammation or not by observing the specimens which were stained with hematoxylin and esin under light mi- croscope. Immunohistochemical method was used in studying the expression of TGF-β 1 and CTGF. The Image Pro-Plus 6.0 software was used to analyze the mean optical density(MOD) of each specimen. 【Results】 In all of 60 BPH patients, 43 were found combined with chronic inflammations, the incidence was 71.6%. The TGF-β 1 and CTGF MOD in BPH combined with inflammations were higher than that in BPH(t =3.018, 4.450, P 0.05), but the TGF-β 1 and CTGF MOD in low-grade, moderate and high-grade inflammation were not significantly different(F =0.178, 0.035, P 0.05). The level of TGF-β 1 and CTGF was associated with prostate volume(r =0.475, 0.612, P 0.001) and maximum flow rate(Qmax)(r =-0.319,-0.381, P 0.05). 【Conclusion】Inflammation can up-regulate their expression in BPH which appears to play an important role in the development of BPH. TGF-β 1 and CTGF may have a relationship with prostate volume and Qmax.
