正己烷／异辛烷在沸石咪唑酯骨架材料(ZIFs)上的动态吸附性能研究

摘　　要：利用常温法合成了锌沸石咪唑酯骨架分子筛(ZIF-8)、钴沸石咪唑酯骨架分子筛(ZIF-67),再利用原位合成法,将ZIF-8、ZIF-67负载到自制的SiO2上得到ZIF-8-SiO2、ZIF-67-SiO2,并对4种样品进行XRD、SEM、TEM等表征。通过固定床动态吸附穿透实验测定了正己烷/异辛烷混合液在4种吸附材料样品上的连续流出穿透曲线。结果表明,正己烷在样品ZIF-8上的动态吸附量和饱和吸附量均高于样品ZIF-67、ZIF-8-SiO2和ZIF-67-SiO2。Zinc zeolitic imidazolate frameworks zeolite （ZIF-8） and cobalt zeolitic imidazolate frameworks zeolite （ZIF-67） were synthesized at normal atmospheric temperature. Then ZIF-8-SiO2 and ZIF-67-SiO2 were synthesized through in situ synthesis. ZIF-8-SiO2 and ZIF-67-SiO2 were obtained by loading the ZIF-8 and ZIF-67 on homemaded SiO2, respectively. And the four samples were charactered by XRD, SEM and TEM. The breakthrough curves of n-hexane/iso-octane mixture absorbed on different samples were obtained by continuous dynamic adsorption experiments. The results showed that dynamic adsorption capacities of the alkane isomers on ZIF-8 were higher than that of on ZIF-67, ZIF-8-SiO2 and ZIF-67-SiO2.
