摘　　要：清中叶,两淮盐区流通领域的私盐异常活跃,这些私盐的贩卖主体主要为肩挑背负之民、船户水手和流民等基层民众。本文通过大量的个案,分析了上述基层民众贩卖私盐的原因、表现形式及其影响与危害性等。In middle period of Qing Dynasty, illegal salt circulation of Two Huai area was unusually active and main sellers of illegal salt were grass-roots populace such as people carrying salt on shoulder and back, boatman seaman and refugee. In this paper, through a large number of cases, the writer analyzes reasons of grassroots people trafficking illegal salt, form, its influence and harm.
