典型垃圾焚烧企业重金属排放影响因素

摘　　要：通过对江苏省某典型垃圾焚烧企业烟气各项监测数据进行统计,选择镉和铅2种重金属排放浓度和7个影响因素,运用逐步回归法对重金属排放影响因素进行回归分析。结果表明,烟气中镉排放浓度与空气过剩系数和NO X排放浓度具有较大关系,空气过剩系数与镉排放浓度呈反比,NO X排放浓度与镉排放浓度呈正比。烟气中铅排放浓度与SO2与NO X排放浓度具有较大关系,SO2排放浓度与铅排放浓度成反比,NO X排放浓度与铅排放浓度成正比。Through statistics of the flue monitoring data from a typical waste incineration enterprise incinerator, two kinds of heavy metals emission concentrations and seven influential factors were chosen and the stepwise regression analysis of heavy metal e- missions factors was made. The results showed that the emission concentration of cadmium in the flue gas hat great relationships with excess air ratio and NOx emission concentration, the excess air coefficient was inversely proportional with cadmium emission concen- tration, NOx emission concentration is proportional to the concentration of cadmium emission. The emission concentration of cadmi- um in the flue gas hat great relationships with SO2 and NOx emission concentrations, SO2 emission concentration was inversely pro- portional to the concentration of lead emission, and NOx emission concentration was proportional to the concentration of lead emis- sion.
