摘  要:挥发酚是化工废水中经常监测的项目之一。4-AAP直接光度法是测定污水中挥发酚的标准方法,该法中有关试剂如苯酚标准溶液、4-AAP溶液和铁氰化钾溶液的保存期较短。通过定期测定4-AAP溶液和铁氰化钾溶液的吸光度、定期制作标准曲线,观察所用试剂的稳定性。试验表明,贮存于棕色试剂瓶内的50 mg/L的苯酚标准溶液、4-AAP溶液和铁氰化钾溶液置于冰箱内冷藏,至少可稳定8个月,大大延长了试剂的保存期,在实际工作中很有实用价值。The volatile phenol was one of the frequent monitoring itens of chemical wastewater. 4 - AAP direct spectrophotome- try was the standard method of measuring volatile phenol in wastewater, the preservation period of related reagents such as phenol standard solution, 4 - AAP solution and potassium ferricyanide solution were short. The absorbanee through regular measurement of 4 -AAP solution and potassium ferrieyanide solution was used to make standard curve, the stability of the reagent used was ob- served. The results showed that phenol standard solution 50 mg/L stored in brown reagent bottle, 4 - AAP solution and potassium ferricyanide solution were placed in cold of the refrigerator, which were stable for at least 8 months, so the storage life of reagents could be greatly extended, which had practical value in practical work.
