江苏省有害固体废物名录筛选及管理对策研究

摘　　要：随着固体废物管理工作的不断深入,介于危险废物和一般固体废物之间的有害废物正逐渐被人们关注。文中通过分析有害废物的产生和污染现状,研究建立了有害废物筛查体系,筛选出了7类具有较大危害性的固体废物,建立江苏省有害废物名录进行管理,并对如何加强有害废物管理提出了政策建议。With the continuous deepening of the management of solid wastes, harmful wastes between hazardous wastes and common solid wastes are gradually paid attention to by the public. In this paper, the generation and pollution status of harmful wastes were analyzed, and the harmful waste screening system was established. 7 catelogues of solid wastes with great harm were presented and the policy recommendations for strengthening the management of harmful wastes were put forward.
