益肺抗瘤饮治疗271例非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：为观察益肺抗瘤饮 (黄芪、北沙参、天冬、女贞子、石上柏、重楼等组成 )治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效 ,将 2 71例患者随机分为益肺抗瘤饮组 (A组 )、益肺抗瘤饮加化疗组 (B组 )及单纯化疗组 (C组 )进行对比观察。结果 :A组 ( 12 7例 )治疗后CR(完全缓解 )、PR(部分缓解 )、NC(无变化 )总计为 81 10 % ,B组 ( 80例 )治疗后为 87 50 % ,C组 ( 64例 )为 71 88%。远期转移率 :A组为2 3 50 % ,B组为 2 0 0 0 % ,C组为 35 71%。研究结果提示 ,益肺抗瘤饮有延长生存期 ,提高生存率。To observe the curative effects of “Lung-Nourishing Anti-tumor Beverage”(Astragalus root,Glehnia root,Lucid asparagus,etc)in treating nonsmall-cell lung cancer,271 subjects were randomly classified into group A(127 cases treated by “Lung-Nourishing Anti-tumor Beverage”,group B (80 cases treated by “Lung-Nourishing Anti-tumor Beverage”and chemotherapy) and group C (64 cases treated by simple chemotherapy).Results:CR (complete remission)+PR (partial remission)+NC (no change) amounted to 8110% in proup A,8750% in group B and 7188% in group C;short-term metastasis rates were 2350% in group A,2000% in group B and 3571% in group C;the “Beverage” could prolong the survival period,increase survival rate and quality,and enhance the immunity.
