“止血胶囊”为主治疗急性上消化道出血临床观察

摘　　要：观察“止血胶囊”为主治疗急性上消化道出血的临床疗效。将 80例患者 ,随机分为治疗组 4 2例 (口服“止血胶囊”合辨证加减中药汤剂 ) ,对照组 38例 (用止血芳酸、奥美拉唑静脉滴注 ) ,疗程 1周左右。结果 :治疗组痊愈 32例 ,显效 3例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 1例 ,治愈率 76 19% ;对照组痊愈 2 4例 ,显效 7例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 1例 ,治愈率 63 16%。治疗组大便潜血试验转阴时间为 5 2 3± 2 4 8天 ,对照组为 7 10±3 16天 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。To observe the blood-stanching effects of the capsule,80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(42 cases treated by“Blood-Stanching Capsule”and other herbal decoction) and control group(38 cases treated by intravenous drip of p-aminomethyl beozoic acid and omeprazole) and treated for 1 week.In treatment group,32 cases were cured,3 cases significantly improved,6 cases improved and 1 case failed,and the cure rate was 7619%;in control group,24 cases were cured,7 cases improved significantly,6 cases improved and 1 case failed,and the cure rate was 6316%.The time for occult blood in stool converting negative was 523±248(d)in treatment group and 710±316(d)in control group,with a striking difference between them(P<0.01).
