摘　　要：介绍了韩国空军原训练体制和变革需求,分析了韩国空军变革后的新训练体制,详细阐述了引入T-50战斗教练机之后训练情况,最后对其训练效益进行了总结。This paper introduces old flight training system and transformation requirements of Republic of Korea Air Force. Address emerging training system development and training fleets＇ evolution. Initial operational results of T-50 adwmeed fighter trainer are descrihed in training pipeline. The training transf＇m＇mation benefits are revealed in conclusion.
