高年级医学生的心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的　了解高年级医学生的心理健康问题。方法　用 90项精神症状自评量表 (SCL- 90 )评定工具对本院 130名四年级医学生进行心理健康状况的调查。结果　 1躯体化因子分高于常模 (t=4.31,P <0 .0 0 1) ;2性别上无差别 ;3外地学生在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、精神病性因子分高于上海学生 ,有明显差异 ;4学生的心理问题与学习成绩经卡方分析无差异。结论　在医学生中建立心理档案是必要的。Objective To find out the mental health status of high grade medical college students.Methods 130 students were investigated by using SCL 90 questionnaire.Results 1.Somatic factor was significantly higher than that of population based samples. 2.There was no significant difference between male and female students. 3.There existed dominant difference in scores of some factors,such as somatic,obsessive compulsive,depressive,phobic anxious and psychotic factors between local students and students coming from other provinces. 4.The difference between the achievements of students and mental problem had no significant correlation.Conclusion Some evidences showed that there might be more psychological problems among high grade medical college students,especially among students coming from other provinces.Psychological archive of medical students should be collected.
