摘　　要：某车钩缓冲装置中,横向圆销在运行中发生部分断裂。采用显微组织检验、化学成分分析、硬度检测等方法对横向圆销进行分析,结果表明,该圆销存在调质热处理淬火裂纹,这是其在运行中发生断裂的主要原因。The transverse round pin in a coupler draft gear is fractured during the operation.Mi-crostructure inspection,chemical composition analysis,hardness inspection and other methods are applied to analyze the transverse round pin.The result shows that the main reason for the fracture during the operation is the existing of heat treatment quenching crack in the round pin.
