七台河市城市缺水问题分析及对策

摘　　要：由于气候和产量变化异常,七台河市水资源严重短缺。主要为七台河市供水的桃山水库1990年建成后,一期工程兴利库容仅为0.98亿m3,设计95%保证率向七台河市供水2 300万m3/a,平均供水量6.3万m3/d,而近几年七台河市日需水量约为17万m3/d,用水量为62 000万m3/a,是水库现状供水能力的2.7倍。文章分析了缺水的原因与解决对策。Because of the climate and the yield anomaly ,a serious water resources shortage take place in Qitaihe City.But mainly after the completion of Taoshashan reservoir , the first phase of the project in 1990,storage capacity is only 0.98 ＆#215;108 m3,95%years design guarantee rate of water supply to Qitaihe City is only 0.23 ＆#215;108 m3/a, the average daily water supply of 6.3 ＆#215;104 m3/d, the annual water consumption 6.2 ＆#215;10 8 m3/a,it is 2.7 times the current water supply capacity of the reservoir.
