摘　　要：教学资源建设是高校教育信息化基础。基于Web技术,推行统一的教育资源标准,通过高校教学资源共享示范系统总体架构、实现功能、基本数据表及系统信息安全的设计与研究,探索一条规范、整合和共享分散在各地教学机构和个人的教学资源,实现高校教学资源建设与共享的技术途径,对于提升我国高校教育信息化水平具有重要的示范推广价值。The construction of teaching resources is the base of educational informationization at the university. To implement a unified standard of education resources, the architecture, function, basic data and system security design of university teaching resources demonstration system are researched based on the Web technology. The goal is to form a standardized, integrated sharing system of uni- versity education resources to share the resources of educational organizations and individuals. The technical routes to implement the construction and sharing of the educational resources are also explored.
