摘　　要：目的　探讨弥漫性肺部病变的X线表现。方法　对包括 2 5种疾病的 12 6例弥漫性肺部病变进行回顾性分析 ,着重分析X线特点。结果　弥漫性肺部病变最难诊断 ,因为很多疾病都可以出现肺纹理增加 ,点片 ,球形影。结论　仔细阅读X线片 ,掌握各种弥漫性肺部疾病的X线表现特点 ,结合临床综合分析对本病作出正确的诊断。Objective To make a further understanding of diffuse lung disease by analyzing its imaging manifestations.Methods The fining on chest films in 126 cases suffered from 25 different kinds of diffuse lung disease were retrospectively analyzed.Results The diagnosis of diffuse lung disease was very difficult,because they could be presented as spots,streaks,small nodules,small patchy shadows,and reticular shadows on X ray film.Conclusion Correct diagnosis of diffuse lung disease should be based on the full analysis of the X ray features and clinical examination.
