异丙酚氯胺酮麻醉与异氟醚麻醉临床效应的比较

摘　　要：目的　观察异丙酚、氯胺酮全静脉麻醉与异氟醚吸入的临床效应。方法　 5 0例接受乳腺癌根治术病人(ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级 ) ,随机分为两组 ,分别施行异丙酚、氯胺酮、芬太尼麻醉 (PK组 ,n =2 5 )和异氟醚复合芬太尼麻醉 (IS组 ,n =2 5 )。观察比较两组病例的循环状态及用药量。结果　PK组术中循环稳定 ,SBP波动 (1.4kPa± 2 .5kPa)幅度明显低于IS组 (3.0kPa± 2 .0kPa)。两组麻醉苏醒时间无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　异丙酚、氯胺酮麻醉循环稳定 ,苏醒迅速 ,具有良好的可控性和实用性。Objective To study clinical effects of total intravenous anesthesia of propofol and ketamine as compared with general anesthesia of forane.Methods Fifty patients(ASA gradⅠ～Ⅱ)undergoing radical mammectomy were randomly divided into two groups,group PK(propofol ketamine fentanyl, n =25);group IS(forane fentanyl, n =25).The parameters of hemodynamics and the dosage were measured and compared between two groups.Results The hemodynamics in group PK was stable during operation and variation of SBP in group PK (1.4kPa±2.5kPa) was obviously lower than that in group IS(3.0kPa±2.0kPa).There was no significant difference between two groups in consciousness recover time( P >0.05).Conclusion The hemodynamics of total intravenous anesthesia of propofol with detamine is stable and the consciousness recover time occures fast.It's practical and easy to control.
