摘　　要：《威尼斯商人》中三位男性人物——安东尼奥、夏洛克和巴萨尼奥——之间的关系微妙而复杂。其中,安东尼奥对巴萨尼奥的爱,被不少学者鉴定为一种超越男性友谊范畴的同性情欲之爱。戏剧的表层是安东尼奥和夏洛克水火不容的宿敌关系,深层实是,两人同属精神层面的难兄难弟。安东尼奥之所以比威尼斯其他基督徒更为狂热地痛恨夏洛克,并不是因为他的信仰更为虔诚,他对夏洛克的恨固然可以解读为反犹,但实则是在夏洛克的镜像中,他看到了自己同性情欲的自我身份和异教信仰的犹太身份具有一致的象征,都是不能见容于天主教世界的异端。The relationship between three male characters——Antonio,Shylock and Bassanio——in The Merchant of Venice is subtle and complex.Many scholars believe that Antonio's love is homoeroticism beyond male friendship.Antonio and Shylock are hostile to one another,and mentally both of them are sufferers.Antonio hates Shylock not because he is more fanatic than other Christians.The reason for his hatred of Shylock is anti-Semitism.In the mirror of Shylock,he sees his own homoerotic self and Jewish identity as symbolically consistent.Shylock's Jewish identity is overt,but Antonio's homoerotic identity is potential.Antonio can see the prospect of his own peril from Shylock's tribulation,and his hatred of Shylock is actually hatred of his homoeroticism.
