摘　　要：为探究RFID自助借还系统的服务能力,文章选择湖北民族学院图书馆条码识别技术(BRM)和RFID技术进行绩效对比。根据绩效值与其相关影响因子导出RFID绩效值的定义与计算方法,发现二级绩效评价指标中开放时间充分度、图书借还速度、借还人性化度等方面较满意,读者帮助与培训、图书损坏发现能力等方面满意程度低。建议图书馆应重视RFID的使用与统计,发现影响其绩效的重要因子,发挥其最大绩效。To explore the service of RFID based library self-service system, this paper compares performances of the barcode recognition mode （BRM） with the RFID technology in library of Hubei Institute for Nationalities, from which the definition and calculation method of the RFID performance value （RFID-PV） is deduced. Results show, of the secondary performance evaluation metlrics, RFID is doing better than BRM in opening time horizon, circulation rate and user friendly circulation service; but is less satisfactory in reader assistance and training, damaged books discovery and so on. It is suggested that we should pay attention to the usage and statistics of RFID so as to find out the important factors of RFiD and make full advantages of its performances.
