摘　　要：我国大学图书馆战略规划普遍存在着注重硬件设施建设而缺少学生信息素养培养,未考虑利益相关者的利益诉求和战略规划内容宣传不够等问题。为此,文章对加拿大多伦多大学图书馆的战略规划流程、内容及特点进行分析,并结合我国实际情况提出大学图书馆的战略规划应充分考虑利益相关者的利益,选择合适的模式,重视学生信息素养培养及注重战略规划的宣传和阶段性反馈等举措。It is common for Chinese university libraries to focus on hardware construction while ignoring student quality training, take no account of stakeholders＇ interests and do less publicity when making strategic planning. In order to eliminate the problems mentioned above and improve the strategic planning in Chinese university libraries, this paper studies the process, content and the characteristics of library strategic planning in university of Toronto, and proposes to improve strategic planning in university libraries of China by giving full consideration to the interests of stakeholders, choosing the appropriate model, attaching great importance to student information literacy training, and stressing on planning publicity and periodic feedback, etc. on the basis of current situations in our country.
