摘 要:对厦门市2012-2013年饮用水原水藻类进行了年度检测与分析,探讨了原水中藻类的类种属及数量变化特征。结果表明,在调查期间原水中所观测到的藻类数量不是很多,在冬春季节藻类个数较多,2013年2月份江东原水藻数达3.76×10^5个/L。原水藻类以绿藻、硅藻和隐藻3大类为主。观测到的北溪、江东原水中藻类数量分别是:蓝藻门7种(属)和5种(属),绿藻门15种(属)和18种(属),硅藻门9种(属)和7种(属),甲藻门1种(属)和0种(属),裸藻门4种(属)和4种(属),隐藻门3种(属)和5种(属),金藻门1种(属)和2种(属)。根据Margalef多样性指数和指示藻类标准初步鉴定北溪原水和江东原水属于贫-中营养化型水体。此结果可为水厂有效了解藻类及去除异嗅味提供参考。Water sample from source water of Xiamen during 2012~2013were collected and observed in order to investigate the distribution of algae in the source water.The investigation results indicated that the quantity of algae in raw water during the investigation time are not large but in spring and winter,the most quantity of algae was 3.76× 105/L found in Jingdong source water in Feb.,2013.The algae was mainly consisted of chlorophyta,Diatoms and Cryptophyta.The number of algae in Beixi source water and Jiangdong source water is:Cyanophyta were 7species(genus)and 5species(genus), Chlorophyta were 15species(genus)and 18species(genus),diatoms were 9species(genus)and 7species(genus),Pyrrophyta were 1species(genus)and 0species(genus),Euglenophyta was 4species(genus)and 4species(genus),Cryptophyta is 3species(genus)and 5species(genus),Chrysophyta is 1species(genus)and 2species(genus).According to Margalef diversity index and the identification standard of algae indicator,the two source water were oligo-meso trophic water body.The study could provide reference for effective understanding and removal of taste and odor in waterworks.
