粉尘螨滴剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察粉尘螨滴剂对支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将60例对粉尘螨过敏的成人支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规吸入糖皮质激素(布地奈德气雾剂)治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,治疗12个月后观察两组临床症状、肺功能、血IgE抗体含量。结果与对照组相比,治疗组临床症状缓解时间明显增加(P<0.05)、肺功能指标FEV1明显升高(P<0.05)、血IgE抗体含量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂对治疗粉尘螨过敏的支气管哮喘患者有较好疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the dust mites drops on the curative effect of bronchial asthma. Methods To select 60 adult patients with bronchial asthma which were produced allergic on the dust mites, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given conventional inhaled corticosteroids（budesonide aerosol） treatment, the treatment group was given sublingual containing dust mites drops agent treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, observing the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, blood IgE antibody levels in the before and after treatment on 12 months after treatment. Results To compare with the control group, the treatment group in clinical symptoms time increased significantly（P ＆lt;0.05）, pulmonary function index FEV1 increased significantly（P ＆lt;0.05）, blood IgE antibody levels decreased significantly（P ＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Sublingual administering dust mites drops in the treatment of dust mites allergic bronchial asthma had good application value and it was worth of popularizing in clinic.
