摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法将我院2010年8月-2012年12月间糖尿病患者120例随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育护理干预,对比分析两组患者自我管理能力各相关指标。结果观察组主动控制饮食、主动积极运动、良好自我检测、不良习惯改变及自愿合理用药的情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能显著改善糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,对于临床治疗有重要意义,值得临床护理应用。Objective To analyze and explore health education for self-management ability in patients with diabetes. Methods 120 cases with diabetes from August 2010 to December 2012 were selected. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Control group received routine nursing. Observation group received nursing intervention of health education on the basis of routine nursing. After intervention, each related indexes of self-management ability were compared. Results Active control diet, active movement, self-test, changes of bad habits and rational drug use in observation group were better than control group. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Health education significantly improves self-management ability in patients with diabetes. It has important significance for the treatment of patients with diabetes. It is worth popularizing application in clinical nursing.
