摘  要:溪洛渡送广东双回直流输电工程是我国首条送端、受端换流站双回直流同址建设、直流线路同塔架设、接地极共用的直流输电工程。溪洛渡双回直流的功率/电流控制共有15种典型运行控制模式,其控制系统根据运行工况的变化进行双回总功率的自动合理分配,使两回直流在紧急情况下功率相互支援。溪洛渡双回直流的启动/停运控制可实现双回两极(双回各一极)、双回三极、双回四极的同时启动和停运。该双回直流的启动和停运命令从双回直流协调控制系统发出,通过双回控制LAN进入各回的直流站控系统,再经每回的极层控制LAN进入各极极控系统。Xiluodu-Guangdong double-circuit transmission HVDC project is the first double-circuit HVDC transmission project in Chi- na. The project is characterized by the constructure that the two circuits use the same sation both at the sending substation and the re- ceiving substation, and the DC lines are on the same tower erection, connected with the common earth electrode. There are 15 kinds of typical operation mode in the power/current control of Xiluodu double-circuit transmission HVDC project, and its control system can automatically make a reasonable dealing the total power between the two circuits according to the change of its operation mode so to ensure the two circuits can be suported to each other with power in the case of emergency. The starting and shutdown controle sys- tem of the project can realize the poles start/stop controls at the same time in the operation mode of double pole ( one pole of each cir- cuit), or three pole, or four pole. The starting and shutdown commands of the project are issued from the coordinated control sys- tem. The commands go through the LAN of the double-circuit control system into the station control system of each circuit, and are re- ceived by each pole through the LAN of the pole control system.
