摘  要:利用顶煤跟踪标签(简称mark)可以有效测定现场综放面的顶煤回收率,但顶煤中mark的安设密度对测定精确度有显著影响。运用PFC软件模拟不同的mark安设密度并测定相应的顶煤回收率,获得了mark安设密度与顶煤回收率测定精度的关系曲线。通过变量代换将非线性问题进行可线性化回归,分析并研究了达到一定精度要求下mark合理安设密度的确定方法;对现场实测时mark的布置方式进行了优化。A top coal tracing mark could be applied to effectively measure the site top coal recovery rate of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face and the mark density set in the top coal would be obviously affected to the measuring accuracy. PFC software was applied to simulate different mark set density and to measure the relevant top coal recovery rate. A relationship curve between the mark set density and the measuring accuracy of the top coal recovery was obtained. With the variation replacement, linear regressions were conducted on the nonlinear problem. The paper analyzed and studied the determination method of the mark rational set density under the certain accuracy requirement reached. An optimization was conducted on the mark layout method in the site measurement.
