摘 要:针对沙曲矿北翼高瓦斯近距离煤层群安全高效开采的问题,运用理论分析和现场实测相结合的方法,分析了薄煤层上保护层开采的覆岩裂隙分布与演化、卸压机理及采空区瓦斯运移积聚规律,并结合北翼2#薄煤层22201首采保护层工作面的实际情况,介绍了2#薄煤层上保护层无煤柱巷旁充填技术,确定了留巷墙体埋管瓦斯抽采技术参数。现场试验结果表明,采用2#薄煤层上保护层无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采技术,实现了下邻近高瓦斯煤层群的全面卸压,形成了工作面Y型通风系统,大大减少采空区瓦斯涌入工作面,有利于高瓦斯突出危险性煤层群的安全高效回采。Aiming at the mining problems of closed - distance coal seams group with high gas content in the north of Shaqu coal mine, the Strata fracture distribution and evolution, pressure - relief mechanism and the law of gas migration accumulation at goaf of the thin coal seam as upper protective seam mining were analyzed, based on the theoretical analysis and in -situ measurement. According to the mining practice of number 22201 first working face as protective seam, the technology of none - pillar roadway side filling was proposed, and the technical parameters of gas extraction with pipe laying in the wall of retained roadway. The results of industrial test show that, with the application of the technology, the full pressure relief of the lower nearby high - gas coal seam group is realized, forming the Y shaped ventilation system of mining face, and reducing the gas amount emitted from goaf to working face, ensuring the safe and high - efficient mining of high - gas and outburst coal seam group.
